Hasain Downey
ISSA CPT

Hasain has been helping clients reach their full fitness potential for more than three years whether it’s losing weight, building muscle or getting ready for their next big event.

Before Hasain started training, he served in the United States Air Force for six years. When stationed in Germany, he was a member of the 1500 Pound Club. Hasain is married with two daughters. He enjoys soul music, lifting weights and gaming.

Adria 'AD' Davis
AFAA CPT, B.A. in Business Administration - University of Memphis

AD has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and motivational speaker for young girls. AD works with clients who are self motivated, believe in the power of strength and its long term benefits.

AD enjoys power lifting and making the world a happier place through her music. For years her cycle class was the only place she was able to dabble in fitness and music. Her other life now consists of being a DJ.

Sharaze Colley
ACSM CPT, B.P.S. Health Studies - University of Memphis

Sharaze specializes in working with seniors, post rehab patients, clients with autoimmune disease and other chronic conditions. In addition to working with clients on a one on one basis, she also teaches group fitness classes including BODYPUMP™, BODYFLOW™, Cardio Strength Training, and classes specific to seniors.

Sharaze is a wife and mom. She understands the balance of work, family life, and fitness. She enjoys powerlifting, yoga, reading and cooking. She also teaches self defense and martial arts classes.

Eric Lee
FiTour CPT, B.A. in Business Management - University of Memphis

Eric specializes in helping clients with weight loss. He also has experience in building strength and increasing endurance.

He is an auto enthusiast, enjoys playing golf and watching football.

Adam works with clients to improve their mobility and functional movement. He also specializes in sports performance and fat loss. Adam is the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Houston High School and is also responsible for their strength and conditioning workouts.

He enjoys coaching, practicing meditation and is a fan of philosophy. 


Monica Stout
AFAA CPT

Monica enjoys working with clients looking to improve strength, endurance, and weight loss. She also works with the older adult and helps promote mobility, strength, and stability for everyday active living.

Monica loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and taking her dogs for long walks.

Tony Wilkens
NASM CES

With over 30 years of experience, Tony specializes in functional and athletic training while providing safe, effective, and knowledge-based training for all ages.

From beginners to athletes, Tony places an emphasis on a more complete, overall program that includes core and strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), speed and agility drills, and balance exercises.

With a strong understanding of how pain and injuries affect the body, he believes educating his clients, correcting imbalances, and introducing various types of stretching and myofascial release techniques is imperative.

In his downtime, Tony likes playing soccer and fishing with his son, riding 4-wheelers, and constantly learning new methodologies.
