 Record Workouts 2 Ways

  1. XCapture - After working out on your favorite piece of cardio, snap a quick picture of your workout summary on the display. It will upload your workout immediately.
  2. Link to one of the 'Connected Apps' such as fitbit, mapmyfitness, myfitnesspal, etc...

Helpful Hints

  • Practice makes perfect. Use XCapture or your Connected App prior to the challenge to ensure you are using it correctly.
  • Manual workouts are NOT allowed in this challenge. Find the best method to track your fitness activity prior to the challenge.
