Our Aquatics department offers a wide variety of programming for all ages. Swim laps, dance the calories away in Aqua Zumba, join the swim team or get a lifeguarding certification.
The Club offers an indoor eight lane lap pool, hot tub, outdoor pool and splash park.

Swim Lesson Instructors focus on safety, fun and a positive message in a small group setting while providing young swimmers with a technical skill set they can build upon. Each session consists of eight lessons. Determine the appropriate LEVEL prior to registering.
Session I: August 13 to 23
Session II: August 27 to September 6
Session III: September 10 to September 20
Session IV: September 24 to October 4
Session V: October 15 to 25
Session VI: October 29 to November 8

Level 1: 4:30 to 5:20 p.m.
Level 2 and 3: 5:30 to 6:20 p.m.

Prefer a more private setting to learn how to swim or improve your stroke? Appointments are scheduled based on instructor availability.

TO ENROLL IN SWIM LESSONS complete an Aquatics Registration Form once per calendar year. Pay at the Club or through MY GAC before the registration deadline. Registration deadline for Group Lessons and Lil Gators is the Thursday prior to the upcoming session.
Certifications & Training
August 3, 4 and 5*, October 12 to 14* and December 20, 21 and 22*, 9am to 5pm
$200/member or $215/nonmember
Recertification $75/member or $90/nonmember
Become a Certified American Red Cross Lifeguard. Prerequisites for the certification include swimming three hundred yards consistently, retrieving a ten pound brick and treading water.
*Re-certs will be held on August 5, October 14 and December 22.
lifeguard instructor training
$300/member or $315/non-member
Become certified to teach American Red Cross Lifeguard training courses in this 3-day training. Candidates for this training must be a current American Red Cross Lifeguard and hold a current American Red Cross professional-rescuer CPR/AED certification.
CPR, First Aid and AED
September 29, 9am-3pm
$75/member or $90/nonmember
Get certified through the American Red Cross. Upon successful completion of this one day course, the participant will know how to respond to emergencies and administer common first aid to adults, infants and children. The certification is good for 2 years. Participants must register at the Club AND through American Red Cross.
