Become educated and prepared for birth in these four, 3-hour group sessions. Birth partner welcome.

  • ENCOUNTER the four pillars of B!RTHF!T - fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset.

  • EXPERIENCE functional mobility, natural movement and breath work.

  • DISCOVER your own birth desires.

  • DESIGN a personal postpartum strength training plan.

postpartum series

Tuesdays/Thursdays, 1-2pm
February 12 - March 7
$185/member or $200/nonmember


Rehab your body, mind and soul in these eight, 1-hour group training sessions. 

  • ESTABLISH a solid core foundation.

  • WAKE UP your posterior chain.

  • ENHANCE your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.

Come prepared to MOVE, SWEAT and CONNECT with other new moms.

This class is for women currently pregnant or who have had a baby in the last four to twelve weeks.
