FITNESS

Your success is our mission! Get energized with one of our many group fitness classes, work with a trainer and change your lifestyle completely or set new personal bests in the fitness area.

The fitness area consists of Precor and Free Motion strength equipment, free weights and a functional training space. It also has several self powered cardio pieces ideal for high intensity training. Locker rooms are also available in the fitness area.

The cardio deck includes several pieces of Precor, Cybex, Sci Fit and Stairmaster cardio equipment complete with personal viewing screens. Create an account on any Precor console and personalize your workout. Burn calories and watch your favorite tv show simultaneously!

Group Fitness

Members have a variety of classes to choose from including Cycle, Zumba, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, and much more. All Group Fitness classes are available to members at no additional charge and are available on a first come first serve basis.

THE APP

Training

one on one

By appointment only
$30-$70/session

Work individually with a Certified Personal Trainer to help you set realistic goals and achieve results efficiently and safely. Choose from half hour and hour sessions.

small group

By appointment only
$15-$30/session

Share the cost with others while getting the same results. Groups consist of 3 to 8 people. Hour and half hour packages available.

 

PARTNER

By appointment only
$37-$45/session

Training with a coworker, best friend or spouse can be a blast. Hour sessions available. Clients should have similar schedules and fitness levels.

youth

By appointment only
$50/session

Members ages 14-15 are acclimated to the weight floor policies and learn how to safely and effectively use the free weights.
