GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness classes are a great way to get engaged with other members while reaching your fitness goals. The Club offers over 100 classes weekly from Les Mills BODYPUMP and Virtual classes to water aerobics, yoga, cycle and Zumba.

Make a reservation and have the most up to date schedule at your fingertips. Participate in Club challenges, receive notifications about last minute class cancellations and schedule changes, and sign up for special events. Download the Germantown Athletic Club app! Available for iPhone and Android. 

A print out of the schedule with class descriptions is also available at the Club.

*Special schedules may be in effect on holidays. Check the app or social media for revised schedules.

 
 
 

schedule a virtual class

Not ready to be in class with others just yet? Schedule a virtual class in Studio B or the Cycle Studio for a more intimate workout. Schedule online through your member account or call us and we’ll schedule it for you!

Book and appointment online for a virtual class. These can be made as early as 72 hours in advance or as late as 1 hour before.
1) Log in to your member account.
2) Go to the menu and select My Activities.
3) Select Book Appointment.
4) Select Virtual Class as the category.
5) Choose between 30 or 45 minute time slots.
6) Select Studio B or Cycle Studio
7) Pick your day and time!
