
StrongHer - Small Group Training
Join Tara Taylor, Certified Personal Trainer, in this 8-week program to address menopause symptoms.
StrongHer is divided into two 4-week periods and includes one small group session weekly, access to a private Facebook group with additional workouts, health and knowledge drops on this new phase of life and tips on how to get the most out of the StrongHer program. Space is limited to 8 participants. Choose between Wednesdays at 9:45 am or Saturdays at 10:45 am.
Participants will navigate hormonal body changes through exercise and nutrition and improve bone density, muscle mass, sleep and mental clarity.
