Achieve goals quickly and safely with a personal trainer. Personal trainers can help with short term goals such as reaching a personal best in a 5k to long term goals like reducing blood pressure or significant weight loss. Training packages are offered to fit the clients' needs.
equiment clinics
Learn how to use the strength and cardio equipment. Our team will demonstrate how to properly operate the Precor strength and cardio equipment. Log into your club account, go to MY ACTIVITIES > CLASS SCHEDULE, and enroll as early as 5 days prior and as late as 24 hours before. Clinics are free to members and are offered Sundays at 2 pm, Mondays at 10 am, Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 10 am. Once enrolled, meet the weight floor attendant at the desk located in Court 1.

Work individually with a Certified Personal Trainer to help you set realistic goals and achieve results efficiently and safely. Choose from half hour and hour sessions.

youth orientation
Members ages 14-15 are acclimated to the weight floor policies and learn how to safely and effectively use the free weights.

stretching packages
ONE ON ONE
Improve your quality of movement and decrease pain with assisted stretching led by a certified personal trainer. This session includes the myofascial release technique, which targets the fascia around the muscles and joints, along with other modalities of stretching. Stretching may be administered on the floor or elevated surface, and apparatuses including a Theragun and foam roller may be incorporated. An initial assessment will be performed prior to the first session.
