Achieve goals quickly and safely with a personal trainer. Personal trainers can help with short term goals such as reaching a personal best in a 5k to long term goals like reducing blood pressure or significant weight loss. Training packages are offered to fit the clients' needs. The Club now offers prenatal and postpartum programs through B!RTHF!T.

Work individually with a Certified Personal Trainer to help you set realistic goals and achieve results efficiently and safely. Choose from half hour and hour sessions.

HALF HOUR $39 (1 session) • $216 (6 sessions) • $396 (12 sessions) • $720 (24 sessions)
small group
Share the cost with others while getting the same results. Groups consist of three to eight people. Hour and half hour packages available.

PARTNER
Training with a coworker, best friend or spouse can be a blast. Hour sessions available. Clients should have similar schedules and fitness levels. Pricing is shared between two people.

youth orientation
Members ages 14-15 are acclimated to the weight floor policies and learn how to safely and effectively use the free weights.
