Want to learn about TRX? TRX Suspension training utilizes your core to stabilize you through most exercises. You will engage opposing muscles to assist in movements and recruit others to help stabilize your body.

Learn four basic exercises that can also be incorporated into a quick total body workout.

Join CPT, Monica Stout, Wednesday, March 26 at 8 am or 6 pm for a free 30-minute clinic. Registration is required through your member account. Space is limited to 8 participants per session.
