Terms of Agreement

By checking each box you are stating you agree with the Terms of Agreement.

Guest is to be present during the entirety of the reservation.

Payment in full is required to reserve the date of the reservation.

If needed, payment for additional guests is due at noon on the Friday before your reservation.

Pool Party ONLY: All swimmers must pass a swim test with the on duty lifeguard at the beginning of the party. Any swimmer unable to pass the test must wear a life jacket.

Outdoor Pool Party ONLY: All guests (including parents and non-swimmers) present at the outdoor pool should be counted when requesting pricing.

All party participants must turn in a signed guest waiver prior to the party.

Pool Party ONLY: The use of rafts, arm floaties and snorkels are prohibited.

Tobacco, alcohol and possession/use of drugs is prohibited.

Decorations are permitted. They must be put up with tape no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the party. The use of nails, tacks or staples is prohibited. Before leaving the premises, all decorations and tape must be removed.

The participant may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of the reservation to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given within the 72 hour window.

Accept full responsibility for the care and protection of GERMANTOWN ATHLETIC CLUB including furnishings, fixtures and all facilities inside the party area.

Agree to abide by any and all policies regarding rental agreements with the City of Germantown and the GERMANTOWN ATHLETIC CLUB. This includes my presence during the building checkout. Failure to properly clean facility after usage with result in loss of the deposit. Any damages not covered by the deposit will be charged to the contracted party and will be reported as vandalism to the authorities.

Failure to comply with any of the above statements can result in the loss of the deposit.
